bag - a fun and practical project to take home and use with pride.
What You’ll Learn:
How to thread and operate your sewing machine
Basic sewing techniques and finishing touches
Tips for fabric cutting, measuring, and assembly
How to follow a simple pattern to make a lined tote bag
What to Bring:
Note: You’ll need your own sewing machine for this workshop.
Materials List:
• Outer Fabric: 2 fat quarters
• Lining: 2 fat quarters
• Handles: 1 fat quarter
• Optional: Fusible fleece batting or fusible interlining (adds structure)
• Thread (to match or contrast with your fabric)
• Sharp scissors
• Measuring tape
• Pins
• Fabric marker or pencil

Please bring your own foodsnacks – no kitchen facilities are available on site.
