Celebrate Swift Awareness Week 2026 at Antrim Library!

Join us on Saturday 4th July as we celebrate the Bird of the Borough and discover the fascinating world of swifts.

The RSPB Antrim Local Group will deliver an engaging talk exploring these remarkable birds, why they matter, and the challenges they face.

Following the talk, take part in a short swift watch at the Ulster Bar Corner, where you'll have the chance to see Antrim Library's Swift Bricks and try spotting some of these incredible aerial visitors for yourself.

Whether you're a keen birdwatcher or simply curious about local wildlife, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about one of our most iconic summer species.

Everyone is welcome – booking essential!
